On the yearly plan, Stamppa 27 stays yours forever, with every feature and every 27.x update, including the ones released after you cancel; if Stamppa 28 came out while your license ran, 28 is yours too. On the monthly plan, the version current the day you completed 12 months paid in a row stays yours the same way; cancel before that, and Stamppa stays as a reader: view, print and basic comments (notes, highlights, clouds). Download your version any time from My account. Your files, templates and settings are always kept.

Your license renews by itself through Polar: the yearly plan every year at your same price, the monthly plan every month. We email you 30 days before each yearly renewal, and you cancel in one click. There is no new key to paste: Stamppa confirms your license when you open it with internet. Offline it keeps working for up to a year on the yearly plan, or a month on the monthly plan, with a counter showing the time left, plus 14 days of grace (5 on the monthly plan).

Works offline; it connects only to confirm your license, when you open it and when you ask it to, never in the background. It can go up to a year without internet (a month on the monthly plan). It never sends your documents. It connects only when you open it and when you act (sign in, Renew now, change computers, sign out), never in the background, and never with usage data.

Prices go by tiers, one after another: Founder, the first 100 customers; Launch, the next 300 customers; Early, the next 600 customers; then the list price. Each tier closes when its spots are sold. Founder, Launch and Early keep their price frozen as long as they renew.

Sign in with the email you bought with: Stamppa sends you a 6-digit code, with no password. Your license is linked to that email.

Each person can use Stamppa on up to 3 computers. To use it on a fourth, you choose which one to sign out, right there in the app. You can also sign a computer out in My account; signing out from another computer is limited to 3 times every 12 months (write to support for more).

In Stamppa, choose Help ▸ Licence… ▸ “This computer has no internet”. It shows a code; enter it in My account (on any computer) and download a .stamppakey file for that computer, with its end date inside.

A seat belongs to one person. The administrator hands out seats by email in My account, and can move a seat to someone else.

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your first purchase or of a yearly renewal. Monthly renewals are not refunded, except when we charged you by mistake. After a refund your license keeps working for 5 more days, in case you change your mind, and then stops; Stamppa stays as a free reader. Refund policy →
