Refund policy

Version 1.0 · October 2026

14 days to ask for your money back, from your purchase or from each yearly renewal. After a refund, Stamppa keeps working for 5 days in case you change your mind.

Stamppa is sold on behalf of Plano Base Arquitectos S.A.S. by Polar, our reseller and merchant of record. Polar processes every refund, back to the payment method you used.

When you can get a refund

  • First purchase: within 14 days of buying, for any reason.
  • Yearly renewal: within 14 days of each automatic yearly renewal, for example, if you forgot to cancel. We email you 30 days before each yearly renewal.
  • Monthly renewals are not refunded, except when we charged you by mistake (a double charge, a renewal after you canceled). You can cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
  • Team and Site: the same windows apply to the whole order. Seats added during a year are refunded within 14 days of adding them.

Try before you buy: the 14-day trial has every feature and needs no card.

How to ask

You don’t have to give a reason, though we’d like to know what didn’t work for you.

What happens to your license

  • The next time Stamppa connects, it shows Refund requested: works until 19 Nov: 5 more days, in case you change your mind.
  • For those 5 days it keeps working as before. If you change your mind, write to us before they end.
  • After 5 days Stamppa says Your refund went through: the license ended on 19 Nov. The license stops and Stamppa stays as a free reader (view, search, print and basic comments). Your files, templates and settings are kept.
  • A refunded period earns no version. If you had paid for an earlier period, you keep the version you earned with it (see Pricing).
  • A key file for a computer without internet downloaded during the 14-day window is valid until day 19 after the purchase. One downloaded after the window works until the end date written in it.

Your rights

This policy adds to, and does not limit, the consumer rights you have where you live, including any statutory right to withdraw from a purchase.
