A drawing sheet goes into Word as a picture of the page, because a drawing is not paragraphs. Turning Office files into PDF needs Microsoft Office or LibreOffice on your computer; converting PDFs to Office formats doesn’t.

Open Tools ▸ PDF Tools, choose Office ⇄ PDF, drop in the PDF and pick Word. You get a .docx with the paragraphs, their formatting, the tables and the pictures.
Do I need Microsoft Office?
Not to turn PDFs into Word, Excel or PowerPoint files. To turn Word, Excel or PowerPoint files into PDF, Stamppa uses the Microsoft Office installed on your computer, or LibreOffice if that is what you have.
Will the tables in my PDF come out right in Excel?
Stamppa finds the tables and puts each one on a sheet, storing amounts, percentages and negatives as real numbers and keeping codes like 007 or A-101 as text. Check complex tables after converting, as with any converter.
Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. Stamppa works on your computer and never sends your documents. It connects only to confirm your license, when it opens and when you sign in, renew or change computer.
