| Business with an EU VAT number | Polar removes the VAT at checkout. |
| Latin America | Spanish-speaking countries and Brazil, set by the country you buy from. |
| Puerto Rico | Billed like the US. |
| When a payment counts | A payment counts toward the version you keep once its 14-day refund window closes. |
| Cuba, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Syria | Polar can’t sell there because of US sanctions. The 14-day trial and the free viewer work. |
Who charges you
